David Garmon, Bethy Twitchell, and Luke Kirkham in the Archives Reading Room

Meet the People Who Organized this Exhibit.

David Garmon is a junior from Cedartown, Georgia, majoring in History. His especially admires the Deseret alphabet reader in the display. “Languages, written and spoken, contemporary and extinct, are fascinating.”

Bethy Twitchell is a senior from Rexburg, and is a history major. She loves the "World War II items, because they are just so interesting." She would like to work in a museum after graduation.

Luke Kirkham Luke Kirkham, a junior from St. Anthony, Idaho, is an accounting major. His favorite object in the display is the shabti, because it is "Old, and it is neat to think that it was actually buried with an Egyptian."

David, Bethy, and Luke are all student employees of the University Archives and Special Collection at Brigham Young University-Idaho.
