Idaho Booker’s Dozen

The BYU-Idaho McKay Library is hosting the Idaho Booker’s Dozen during the month of October in the 2nd floor McKay Gallery, just outside Special Collections & Archives. It is one of several stops around Idaho and Utah for the traveling exhibit. The seventeen books on display demonstrate creativity and ingenuity by artists from a number of states as well as from the UK and the Netherlands. As a note, Scott Samuelson, former faculty member in the English and Art Departments, has an inclusion in the Exhibit: Gutenburg: Tools, Terms, and Tests.

The Idaho Center for the Book accepts submissions for each exhibit every other year. The accepted works then travel to various libraries primarily in Idaho as part of the exhibition for two years.
